  1. Wash and peel the apples. I used Gala apples for the recipe, but you should be able to use any variety. Cut each apple into four pieces, and then cut into thin slices from there. Lay the apples on the bottom of your slow cooker. Add the stevia, cinnamon, and nutmeg and mix. Add the ghee on top of the mixture.
  2. In a separate bowl add the oats, almonds, coconut, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix together. And the molasses and mix again. Place the crisp topping mixture on top of the apple in the slow cooker.
  3. Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 5 to 6 hours or until the apples are soft. Enjoy your apple crisp!
