I’m not a great skier. Honestly, I’m pretty uncoordinated. But, as someone who lives in sunny L.A., I love to visit the snow. There’s something about drinking hot cocoa after coming in from the cold. Just thinking about it gives me warm, fuzzy feelings. Too bad it’s not that diet friendly.
When I was a kid, I always drank the instant stuff that came pre-mixed with marshmallows. Such a treat. Now that I’m an adult, my palette craves something a bit more sophisticated. But even the grown up kind of hot cocoa makes me feel like a kid.
Of course, I’m a lot more health conscious than my kiddo days. That doesn’t mean I have to go without my winter cup of joy. Diet friendly hot chocolates can scream happiness. And today, I want to share my favorite options.
