Wanna slow down the aging process? You’re in good company. It’s no wonder there are so many products on the market claiming to help slow the aging process. So how do you reduce the signs of aging like fine lines and wrinkles? Hold onto your wallets! Because I’m going to go over some anti-aging products that don’t cost a lot of money!
Well, let’s start with a no-brainer. Keep hydrated, both inside and out, and your skin look fabulous. The best thing is that this option is natural and free! But this is just a start. There are lots of things that can help that don’t come in an expensive lotion tin.

The foods that you eat can play a part. After all, everything that you take in is going to have an effect. Aging is inevitable. Some things like arthritis or hearing loss can eventually happen. But when you eat to take care of your body, you can slow the whole process down!

Blueberries
The tasty little fruit is a nutritional powerhouse. Plus it’s full of antioxidants. And studies have shown that eating blueberries can not only help your mind. They can slow the damage of aging on your brain too.
Dark Chocolate
A health regimen that includes chocolate? Where do we sign up? A study shows that when small amounts of dark chocolate are consumed as part of a healthy and balanced lifestyle, it can help to slow the aging process. Just make sure that the your chocolate is at least seventy percent cacao or higher. The benefits only come when there is plenty of cacao. And keep it to no more than a square or so at a time.

Eating nuts can have many positive effects (unless, of course, you’re allergic to them). Because nuts are full of the right kinds of fat that your body needs. They have been shown to help reduce your risk of heart disease and type two diabetes, as well as other chronic diseases. Some good options are walnuts, chestnuts, and pecans.
Maca
The wonder-food called maca is another powerhouse when it comes to aging. Many of us will eventually experience hormone imbalance and hormone decline. But luckily, maca helps to keep hormones balanced and stabilized. Particularly for women approaching menopause, maca powder can really help.
Avocados
Avocados are one of the best foods around. But as far as anti-aging goes, they’re superfoods. They’re packed full of all those healthy fats and antioxidants. So they can contribute to healthy a healthy heart and blood vessels. And this will keep you young.

I love blueberries and keep them on hand in the freezer for in salads, a shake, or cereal–even the occasional french toast. Fresh ones, of course, are eaten by the handful. yum!
